Pine Haven Community began its service to the elderly in 1964.  We are a non-profit limited liability company that was organized in 1962 for the purpose of providing health care services for elderly and disabled persons.  Pine Haven Care Center provides excellent Short-Term and Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care, currently operates a 70 bed skilled nursing home.

Long recognized as a leader in skilled care, Pine Haven has also created 24 unit homes for Senior Living and Assisted Living through Evergreen Place. Pine Haven is striving to grow and change with the needs of residents and the community and is planning a 14 unit expansion slated to open in 2012. The Neighbor will provide residents with a home-like atmosphere in the smaller setting of households.
